Nothing has changed in me; I know I'm going nowhere. Just wanted to be free, But I'm just not there. Every attempt a failed one, Fuck you, world! I'm dropping out. Bring me the gun, and put it in my mouth. And the tunnel's dark, And I just can't get through. Why do you always bring me down? Want to be done with you, But I just don't know how. Fuck you, world! I'm dropping out. Want to escape myself, And I've been waiting so long. I wish I knew where I belong. I want what's not good for my health, So I pull you in close. Oh, I just need another dose. Promise me that you won't go; I don't want to be alone. An empty line on a telephone... Everything's broke inside, All these tears that can't be sewn. I'll be just fine out on my own!

Nothing 02:57
There was a time when I was young, And I would believe everything that I heard, And I would dream about saving the world, But then one day I woke up and realized: There isn't anything good enough For me to risk my life for because It never adds up to anything. It never benefits me. 'Cause I am no one, And I am nothing, And I could tell you The same thing. 'Cause you are no one, And we are nothing. Don't get your hopes up For nothing. All this time I've been waiting here, And I'm trying to find something that's not there. 'Cause I am no one, And I am nothing, And I could tell you The same thing. 'Cause you are no one, And we are nothing. Don't get your hopes up For nothing.

I don't want you inside my head The way you were when we were kids. The way you make me wish I was dead Every time you move your lips. I hate you, and I hate the way smile; I hate the way you say my name. Maybe if you stepped outside yourself for a while, You'd know that we're the fucking same. Give me some time To make this okay. We'll be alright. What do you want me to say? You and your lies, Getting worse every day. I don't want to be here no more; I want to leave and shut the door, Run away and forget you exist, Your lifeless body on the floor, And I don't want you to think that I care When you're alone, and no one's there. 'Cause I know you, and I know you're probably wrong, And it's been like this for way too long. Give me some time To make this okay. We'll be alright. What do you want me to say? You and your lies, Getting worse every day.

about

The Fake Sinatras Arizona

The Fake Sinatras started early in 2012 with Joe Calvi and Jake Hoffman (originally under the name James Invasion). They found Nick Rennemann in the summer, switching to Streakers (and eventually The Fake Sinatras). Trevor Gobely was picked up in September of 2012 when Joe, Jake, and Nick saw him perform solo at an acoustic show, where they asked him to be a Fake Sinatra. Now, here we are. ... more
